What happened

The Rams beat the Chargers by 15, climbed back to .500, and somehow the mood still got worse. The defense did the heavy lifting: Q.Lake picked off J.Herbert and returned it 45 yards, and T.McDuffie added a second interception in the third before B.Corum's 23-yard touchdown run. But M.Stafford's early pick to T.Still and a sluggish start left the fanbase wondering why a roster this talented keeps needing turnovers just to look comfortable.
