What happened
M.Danna's first-quarter pick of M.Mariota erased the sting of M.Lattimore housing P.Mahomes's deep shot to M.Brown minutes earlier, and from there the afternoon settled. A 38-yard P.Mahomes-to-T.Kelce strike set up the K.Hunt touchdown that effectively ended it, and the second half became the rare stretch where Chiefs fans could exhale. Two straight comfortable wins is a real thing — the question is whether this version of the offense holds up against someone who can actually punch back.
