What happened
The S.Darnold-to-J.Smith-Njigba 61-yard touchdown was the dagger, but the autopsy is on the line of scrimmage: T.Lawrence sacked at the JAX 4, sacked again at the SEA 32, and harassed on what felt like every dropback. Seven sacks and a pressure rate north of fifty percent is not a gameplan problem — it's a roster problem. Losing by eight almost flatters how unwatchable the protection was, and there's no obvious fix on the schedule.
