Misery Index · Euphoric
Jaguars fans toasting a 26-10 opener, an unsacked Lawrence, and T.Etienne's 71-yard reminder that the obituaries were.
The emotional rollercoaster
Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
T.Etienne's 71-yard rumble up the middle did more than flip field position — it buried the offseason narrative that he was finished in Jacksonville. F.Oluokun's interception of B.Young sealed a defensive performance that, twelve hours ago, the fanbase had written obituaries for. A 26-10 Week 1 win over Carolina isn't proof of anything larger yet, but for one Sunday, the panic button stays under glass.
