What happened
D.Jones uncorked a 48-yard strike to A.Pierce and capped the drive with a short touchdown to M.Pittman, while J.Taylor's 23-yard scoring run and G.Stewart's pick of J.Herbert turned this into a rout before halftime concerns could even form. At 6-1, the fanbase is louder than it's been in years, already laying claim to Manning and Rivers — which, for a team this allergic to sustained belief, is its own kind of tell.
