What happened
The pick-six to M.Jones in the second quarter — C.Stroud's first of two interceptions on throws intended for X.Hutchinson — flipped a winnable game into a 14-point hole the offense was never built to climb out of. The defense did its part, with A.Al-Shaair recovering two separate Patriots fumbles, but a historic unit can only carry so much weight. The question Houston fans are now done politely asking: how much longer does this quarterback get?
