Browns

The emotional rollercoaster

Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.

What happened

J.Flacco's deep-right intention for D.Njoku in the third — picked by N.Wiggins and returned 61 yards to the 5 — was the moment any remaining belief left the building, though the blocked C.Bojorquez punt in the second had already set the tone. By Q4, with L.Jackson casually finding D.Walker for another touchdown, the apathy fans flagged felt less like a reaction and more like a forecast. Eight months of this still ahead.
