What happened

J.Flacco, of all people, threaded the deep middle to A.Iosivas and found T.Higgins for 28 to set up E.McPherson's 36-yarder with eleven seconds left — after A.Rodgers had just gutted the defense with a 68-yard P.Freiermuth touchdown that should have ended things. The relief is real, the trade looks shrewd, and J.Chase has a quarterback again. Whether the defense that nearly coughed this up holds water in November is the next question.
