The emotional rollercoaster
Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
J.Moody's 38-yarder at the buzzer saved a night that probably shouldn't have come down to a kick, given that N.Wright's recovery of the J.Daniels fumble and J.Brisker's earlier red-zone interception handed Chicago multiple chances to put this away. The C.Williams-to-D.Swift 55-yard screen was the kind of explosive play a comfortable team builds on; instead, the Bears blocked a field goal of their own and survived. A win is a win, but the margin keeps getting thinner.
