What happened
C.Santos walked off the Vikings from 48 after missing wide left from 45 earlier in the quarter, which should feel like a win and somehow doesn't. Two J.McCarthy interceptions — K.Byard and N.Wright on a ball at the CHI -4 — were gifted back when J.Addison scored with under a minute left. The franchise quarterback reportedly shook his head as the kick sailed through, and that body language is doing more talking than the scoreboard.
