What happened
T.Etienne's 71-yard gash up the middle on B.Young's interception to F.Oluokun bookended a second quarter that effectively ended the game, and the offense never threatened again. T.McMillan flashed on an 11-yard grab and B.Young's 22-yard scramble offered a pulse, but ten points in Jacksonville is ten points in Jacksonville. The question isn't whether this roster is competitive — it's whether anything about Week 1 suggested an upward trajectory exists at all.
