What happened
A K.Elliss pick-six setup in the second quarter and a B.Huff strip-sack on M.Penix put this one in the dirt before halftime, and a 10-point output against a Fred Warner-less defense is the kind of thing that breaks a fanbase's spirit. The deep ball to D.Mooney and the K.Pitts connection in the fourth flashed what the offense could be, but the pistol experiment and an overmatched offensive line keep dragging it under. The questions about Zac aren't going away.
