What happened
J.Brissett finds Mi.Wilson for 30 down to the 12 with two minutes left, and then the drive simply evaporates — incompletion to T.McBride on a route L.Latu was waiting for, and that's the season in miniature. A C.Ryland field goal and a G.Dortch touchdown kept it close, but trailing by four with a red zone trip in hand isn't bad luck anymore. The fanbase has stopped diagnosing and started grieving.
