What happened

Tampa Bay split the week, and the split felt lopsided. A 6-4 win over Winnipeg came with a D'Astous hit that had one fan shouting "Choo choo." Then Nashville took a 5-4 shootout decision, with Stammer doing the damage while Kuch went unused. "No kuch in the shootouts is diabolical" drew the loudest agreement, and talk drifted to free agency: "we are so fucked if this guy leaves." Misery actually eased from 66 to 52, a number nobody in the thread seemed to notice.
