What happened
A 4-2 win in Anaheim was enough to stun the fanbase into disbelief, one fan asking "Did we...did the flames just....win a game?" before declaring the parade back on. Vegas undid that quickly, 6-2, with the loudest complaint reserved for "that stupid slot machine noise." Then Devin Cooley turned the week over Saturday, backstopping a 3-2 win against Carolina that supporters called "EASILY the best game that the team has played this season." Misery dropped to 31. Somebody still asked about the draft.
