What happened
Wisconsin beat Michigan State 31-3 and moved to 4-1, which ought to have been a pleasant Saturday, and yet the misery number doubled anyway. The turning point was not a snap but a scroll: fans revisiting last season's tape and recoiling, one of them deciding "last year must have been a blackout year for me because that's insane and I don't remember it being that shit." Elsewhere, dread about Minnesota beating Michigan. A 28-point win, and the fanbase spent it grieving an old one.
