What happened
Texas Tech handled Arizona State 53-25 on Saturday, and the turning point came early, when the rout stopped feeling like a question and started feeling like an appointment. The broadcast supplied the week's lasting artifact, RGIII noting that "that man's got more moves than a military family," a line the fanbase adopted immediately and will probably still be quoting in November. At 6-0, the mood has shifted from hopeful to arithmetic. As one fan put it, "6-0, we going bowling!!" Bowl eligibility used to be the ceiling in Lubbock. Now it's a footnote.
